Single cover: Ciara ‘tributes’ her idol Janet for ‘Body Party’ artwork…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Ciara, Janet Jackson
Ciara took to her Twitter page to unveil the official cover for her next single ‘Body Party’ today. The song is the next single off her upcoming album ‘One Woman Army’.
In the saucy shot, the sexy songstress is seen posing nude with only bed sheets for cover. I always thought Ciara could possibly be the next Janet Jackson, but that never materialised success-wise. However, they both share similar qualities and traits – similar looks, voice, dancing, and now artwork. If anything I’d say Ciara was tributing Janet’s ‘All For You’ 2001 era. See what I mean below.

Janet Jackson & Wissam Al Mana are officially husband + wife…

Whoa there, tiger. Pop superstar Janet Jackson has confirmed that she married long-term boyfriend, billionaire businessman Wissam Al Mana last year.
“The rumours regarding an extravagant wedding are simply not true” they announced in a statement to Entertainment Tonight. “Last year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony. Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favourite children’s charities. We would appreciate that our privacy is respected and that we are allowed this time for celebration and joy. With love, Wissam and Janet”. Third time lucky for Ms Jackson. Congrats!

A first public appearance was made by the fabulous Ms Janet Jackson last night, since reports emerged of her engagement to billionaire businessman Wissam Al Mana. Janet was honoured for her work in contributing to the fight against AIDS at the 2013 amfAR New York Gala. The ceremony, which kicked off Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, took place at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City. Ms Janet stays aging like fine wine!

Snapshot: Teyana Taylor recreates Janet Jackson’s iconic Rolling Stone cover…

Teyana Taylor recreates Janet Jackson’s legendary 1993 ‘Rolling Stone’ cover. The artwork was also used for Janet’s 93? album ‘Janet’, one my favourite albums of all time. Teyana was snapped by sexy actor Lance Gross, but that make-up is looking a little bold. Perhaps someone should have told Teyana that when recreating iconic art, she should actually try looking at the original. On the other hand, maybe it would have been a better idea not to have went there, AT ALL.

Janet Jackson may have found herself a new record label…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Janet Jackson

In this week’s Jet magazine, the legendary Janet Jackson graces their cover issue. Janet speaks on losing weight, her future in music and more. Interestingly enough, she reportedly tells the publication that “she is signed to Universal Music Enterprise and is researching music sounds for her next album”. The 46-year-old has been homeless since departing ways with Def Jam Records following poor sales of her 2008 album ‘Discipline’. I am sure Janet gets sick and tired of people asking her about this new album. In all honesty, I don’t think her heart is truly in music any more. She only gives small glimmers of hope simply because she doesn’t want to upset the fans. But her optimism for the future appears to be in movies and directing.
Janet has struggled to sell her last few albums, so I am sure that is playing on her mind as well. Despite Janet being very revolutionary in the field of music, it must have clicked with her the difficulty she would have, finding a market to appeal to now that the industry has changed and her last few albums have flopped. I will gladly welcome another Janet album. But at the same time, I have also accepted that we may never get another album from Janet and if we do, it could be a long while yet.

I hate polls. I never take them seriously because they never represent my tastes. Sans Mary J. Blige‘s ‘My Life’ and Lauryn Hill‘s ‘The Miseducation’, none of my favourite albums from a female artist made this list. Where’s Mariah Carey? Yet Beyonce‘s ’4? and Lady Gaga‘s ‘Born This Way’ makes it and Mariah doesn’t? LMAO. The artists on here are really talented but the wrong albums in the wrong ranking have been selected rendering this list a damn travesty.

Janet Jackson slayed the latest cover of Prevention magazine this week, and the slayage continued with the accompanying photoshoot!

A picture of beauty!
Snapshot: Janet Jackson looks flawless on the cover of ‘Prevention’ magazine…

A super svelte Janet Jackson is on the cover of the July 2012 issue of Prevention magazine. Janet looks absolutely terrific as she dazzles that trademark Colgate smile for the camera. Janet’s healthier new body is courtesy of Nutrisystem (she is their current spokeswoman). The superstar explains to the magazine why so many people relate to her as a weight loss role model and how her past weight gains nearly made her diabetic.

Janet poses for Nutrisystem
“I think people really connect with the idea of someone who’s gained and lost weight in a very public way, and also someone who’s an emotional eater. I was close to having diabetes. Even when I lost it [and] then gained quite a bit back, there was always the thought of heart disease.”
Janet reveals that she likes to make exercising fun, which is why she works out with her backing dancers doing “drills and races”. This woman is aging backwards at such an alarming rate, it’s unbelievable. I just saw the photoshoot in LQ and I’m floored. I’ll post the entire spread once it’s available in high quality. Stay tuned.
She was also spotted yesterday with her boyfriend Wissam Al Mana (May 23rd) grabbing some gelato. They were in town for the Cannes Film Festival. Glad to see those two are still together because for a while, things looked pretty quiet.
Janet Jackson remains coy about THAT new album…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Janet Jackson

The Audrey Johnson Show interviewed Janet Jackson, at Keszler Gallery in Madison Ave in NYC this week. Check out what the five-time Grammy award-winning singer had to say about her slow-processing new album below.
As far as new music is concerned, Janet says it’s still in the preliminary stages with no deadline or pressure: “Exactly when, I don’t know,” she said. “I’m still in the beginning stages of putting it together and concepts” she reveals to Vibe, who were also at the event.
In the interview with Audrey Johnson, Janet says she’s been putting the pieces of the puzzle together for the recording process. She’s only at the beginning stages in putting it all together such as deciding the album’s mood, direction and energy. She goes on to say she has snagged a deal with Lionsgate to produce movies. I can’t see an album happening until 2013 or even 14. Janet’s attitude to putting out new music is just way too casual and nonchalant. You see and hear more enthusiasm when she speaks on investing more focus into movies. But at least she’s keeping hope alive (even if it’s because she doesn’t want to upset the fans).
Madonna continues her quest to throw Janet Jackson under a bus…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Janet Jackson, Madonna
During an appearance on ‘The Tonight Show,’ Madonna continued her catty remarks towards fellow pop icon Janet Jackson. When Jay Leno asked the 53-year-old pop legend what was in store for her Super Bowl performance, she replied: “Well, for sure no nipples. But I wasn’t gonna go there. I mean, I don’t like to repeat myself, or do what other people have done before me”. A reference, which was clearly targeting her own sexed up history, as well as Janet’s infamous wardrobe malfunction. Hotmess.com!
Ole Madonna stays manipulating the media to the best of her ability. After this Super Bowl hype finally dies down, it will be interesting to see how Madge can put herself back on top, as opposed to being seen as the bitter, washed up hasbeen lately. In related laugh-worthy news, Sir Elton John recently offered Madonna advice on her Super Bowl half-time show by urging her to lip-synch: “Make sure you lip-synch good” he says. Old people beef eh? I live for it!
Hot topic: Artists that turned down hit songs (my picks)…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Beyonce, Britney Spears, Chris Brown, Chrisette Michele, Christina Aguilera, Christina Milian, Hot Topic, Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Kelly Clarkson, Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson, TLC, Whitney Houston
Many songs that have gone on to become chart smashes were not always intended for the artist who made the song into the hit that it is today. Ever wondered what Rihanna‘s ‘Umbrella’ would sound like with Britney‘s vocal in the driving seat? What about if TLC ended up recording her smash ‘Baby One More Time’? These are some of the things we wonder about after discovering another big time artist was given the chance to record the smash single.
It happens all the time in the music industry. Songs get passed around, re-worked and recorded. This post below, looks at the more popular rejections and you never know, there might even be a few that totally surprise you!
Britney Spears & Mary J. Blige turned down Rihanna‘s ‘Umbrella’:

Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash previously confirmed that Rihanna‘s monster smash ‘Umbrella’ was written with Britney Spears in mind. British singer/songwriter Taio Cruz instantly knew the song was a number one smash and asked Tricky Stewart for the track. Tricky told him he could not have the track because he was waiting on Britney’s people to reach out (they didn’t respond). The track would have ended up on Britney’s critically acclaimed ‘Blackout’ album, which was at the time of her nervous breakdown. Mary J. Blige also confirmed the track was shopped to her before it was pitched to Rihanna, but Blige says she had no regrets because the song was “too commercial”. We will never hear Britney putting her nasally spin on those infectious “Eh eh eh’s” but that’s okay. Rihanna did an epic job on the song which would go on to net The-Dream a rather cool $15 million!
Janet Jackson turned down Whitney Houston‘s ‘How Will I Know’:

‘How Will I Know’ was written by romantic couple George Merrill and Shannon Rubicam, who were appointed to write for Janet Jackson‘s ‘Control’ album. The track was sent to Janet’s people, but they passed it on because it wasn’t right for her at the time. The couple’s publishing company played it for Gerry Griffith when he was in Los Angeles gathering material for the unknown Whitney Houston. He fell in love with it and sent it to Whitney’s mentor Clive Davis! The track became Houston’s first pop crossover hit and her second #1 single. It’s easy to see why Janet would turn it down. It just didn’t seem like her style at all!
Britney Spears turned down Lady Gaga‘s ‘Telephone’:

Lady Gaga was still considered a new artist when she released the anti-posessive boyfriend anthem ‘Telephone’. Before turning her back on pop cuts that had urban market appeal, she accepted the Darkchild-produced ‘Telephone’ after it was originally written for Britney Spears. Britney did record a heavily autotuned demo of the song but passed it on allowing Gaga to record it as a collaboration with Beyonce. Later on down the line, Gaga went on to say: “I hate ‘Telephone’. It’s the song I have the most difficult time listening to”. Not sure why Britney turned it down though. It would have fit right in with her ‘Circus’ album in my opinion. It was a tailor-made beat for Britney.
TLC turned down Britney Spears ‘Baby One More Time’:
.
Legendary R&B trio TLC made the decision to reject the Max Martin-penned ‘Baby One More Time’. They passed it over because they felt it was unsuitable for their ‘Fanmail’ album. This allowed Britney Spears to smash the charts globally with her first ever debut single. The video, consisting of the the teen rocking pigtails and a sexy school uniform, took the song onto another level. I can see why TLC turned it down. ‘Baby’ was way too poppish for TLC. Listen to the ‘Fanmail’ album and then listen to ‘Baby’. Not a cohesive transition AT ALL! Still, TLC went on to snag their own smash single ‘No Scrubs’, which ended up reaching the highest audience figures in US chart history!
Chrisette Michele turned down Beyonce‘s ‘Irreplaceable’:
.
Chrisette Michele turned down the Ne-yo-penned ‘Irreplaceable’ because she felt it “wasn’t her”. In other words, she thought it was too “pop”. Ne-yo passed on the song to Beyonce who infamously told fans at her ‘Beyonce Experience’ concert that SHE wrote the song. Of course Ne-yo shot that down, claiming Beyonce only added melodic changes to ‘Irreplaceable’, which *ahem* does count as songwriting. Others would beg to differ given that the song was pre-made and pre-written. Interestingly enough, she told female concertgoers: “I wrote this for my ladies”, which would imply she had a hand in writing the strong-headed lyrics as well. Whatever the argument, Ne-yo got paid as the song became a worldwide smash encouraging Stargate to recycle the same beat over and over again!
Chris Brown turned down Rihanna‘s ‘Disturbia’:

Before things turned nasty between ex-couple Rihanna and Chris Brown, he was also a creative force behind her career as well. Not just embarking on joint tours but working with her professionally. Brown co-wrote ‘Disturbia’ for his own album, ‘Exclusive’, but passed it onto Rihanna after he decided it was better suited to a female vocalist.
Christina Milian turned down Rihanna‘s ‘S.O.S’:
.
Turning down ‘S.O.S’ may have been the worst career move for Christina Milian. I do know that LA Reid was trying to pitch the track to Milian to kickstart the launch of her ‘So Amazin’ album. She further angered Reid when she ditched all of his proposed producers to allow her then boyfriend Dre to produce the entire project. The song went on to become Rihanna‘s first #1 single. Milian went on to say ‘S.O.S.’ just didn’t appeal to her. When the album bombed, she was dropped a week after its release and blamed the label’s priority on Rihanna for her misfortune: “It was a budget cut, I believe. [Def Jam] probably got rid of projects like mine to spend the money on [Rihanna]” she said. She may have been onto something. *crickets*
Michael Jackson turned down Justin Timberlake‘s ‘Rock Your Body’:
.
Half of Justin Timberlake‘s ‘Justified’ album was comprised of Michael Jackson rejects, songs Pharrell Williams pitched to MJ for his album ‘Invincible’. Pharrell said MJ’s management didn’t want them. They didn’t appeal to MJ for some reason, although I could easily hear some of the ‘Off The Wall’ influences in the music. Timberlake was happy enough to accept songs originally intended to launch the comeback of his idol. He had hit song after hit song and the album sold incredibly well.
Christina Aguilera turned down Kelly Clarkson‘s ‘Miss Independent’:

Not much people know Christina Aguilera shares a writing credit on Kelly Clarkson‘s hit single ‘Miss Independent’. Except, maybe the diehard Aggy and Clarkson fans. I’m not diehard for any of them but I knew this as I purchased Clarkson’s debut album ‘Thank You’ the week it was released, and did so for ‘Stripped’ as well, the very album that ‘Miss Independent’ was suppose to appear on. Aggy worked on the song with songwriters Rhett Lawrence and Matt Morris for the project but Aguilera passed on it paving way for Clarkson to put her own spin on the record.
Madonna throws rocks at Janet Jackson in new interview…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Janet Jackson, Madonna
Madonna‘s anticipated Superbowl XLVI performance at this year’s half-time show is less than two weeks away. The “special guest” that will join her on stage is announced to be Cee Lo Green. Madonna will perform her new single ‘Give Me All Your Love’ during the show and whispers suggest she’ll also be joined on stage by Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. In a recent interview with NY 1, Madge discussed what she has in store for the performance, and used the opportunity to throw some sour shade at Janet Jackson‘s way.
Referring to Ms Jackson’s 2004 wardrobe malfunction at the Superbowl, she cattily remarks: “I have not mainstreamed and I’m not planning anything naughty. I’m planning something super entertaining. Yep, yep! You don’t have to show nipples to be interesting. It doesn’t necessarily mean you’re cutting edge if you do, right?” says the woman who previously simulated masturbation onstage for entertainment. SMH.

Biggest hypocrite if ever I’ve seen one. Everyone knows full well how Madonna got famous. In fact, to say her career was nothing short of shock tactics, sex gimmicks and controversy is an understatement.
Madonna promises no Superbowl nip slips…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Janet Jackson, Madonna
Subtle insults at Lady Gaga are not enough for Madonna. She has seemingly come for Janet Jackson. Here’s what Ryan Seacreast tweeted earlier: “Just got a tip Madonna dropped by Jay Leno today…she said the super bowl halftime show will be ‘nipple-free’ this year”. Well, that’s good for us then. It’s not like anyone would want to see half a century old tata’s anyway. We hope her performance can match up to all the shade she’s been doing lately. Because, while it may have worked then, it’s certainly coming across as redundant now.

Janet Jackson relentlessly plugs NutriSystem on ‘Leno’…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Janet Jackson
Janet Jackson promoted her healthy living program NutriSystem on ‘The Tonight Show With Jay Leno‘ last night. As ever, the interview showed just how much of a classy and beautiful woman Ms Jackson truly is – sweet, shy and mild-mannered. Too bad she’s not choosing to incorporate more of that nutrition to her (at current, unhealthy) music career because we’re hungry. The fact that she stays promoting fur, health, self-esteem and practically everything under the sun other than a bloody new album is just… frustrating.
Janet Jackson named ‘Grinch of the Year’ by PETA…
Posted by Mikey | Filed under Janet Jackson

It’s been an uphill battle for Janet Jackson‘s career since 2004?s Super Bowl where she and Justin Timberlake “accidentally-on purpose” exposed her bare breast to the entire world. As a result, the Pop Culture event now referred to as the infamous “wardrobe malfunction”, was devastating to Jackson’s career; who besides her success in Tyler Perry films, has been unable to match the chart success her career experienced prior to the incident. Example? She’s now the spokesperson for Nutri-System, a role that was previously given to the likes of Danielle Fishel (‘Boy Meets World’) and Marie Osmond. A check is a check, but why Janet?
Fast forward to December 2011, the “Feedback” singer has found herself once again in hot water with a target on her back. This time it’s PETA that’s taking aim. Full story after the jump!

The “Nasty” songwriter was named PETA’s Grinch of the Year for 2011 by the animal rights’ organization. She got the moniker due to the recent launch of her collection with popular fur label Blackglama. To be honest, it was to be expected. Everybody knows PETA is cray…
Exhibit A:
In a press release, PETA explained,
“When Janet Jackson had her infamous ‘wardrobe malfunction’ during the Super Bowl, at least the flesh that popped into view was her own – unlike the stolen animal skins that she drapes herself with, which are as dead as her taste in fashion (not to mention her career).” Later adding, “Ms. Jackson, you’re just plain nasty.”
Janet has yet to release a statement.

Concert Review: Janet Jackson – ‘Number Ones: Up, Close, & Personal Tour’
Posted by Michael | Filed under Janet Jackson, Uncategorized

I was privileged enough to receive an early Christmas present from my mother and received tickets to attend Janet Jackson’s “Number One: Up, Close & Personal” Tour. The show took place in Cape Town and I was shocked to see that the Grand Arena was actually full of Janet fans, since it took a while before her front row tickets sold out. Running almost half an hour late, the lights finally dimmed down, filling the room with screaming fans. After her video introduction was finished, the singer finally graced the stage with her heavenly presence and left people screaming from excitement. My mother, using every opportunity to record a performance, quickly gave me her phone to record some footage of the show. However, I was too busy shaking and crying at the fact that I was sitting a few feet away from the living legend, thus ruining my mother’s plans to leave her colleagues pressed for being too cheap to buy a once-in-a-lifetime ticket.
Dressed in leather pants matched with a white diamond-padded jacket, the second-best Jackson worked her way through her earlier hits, such as “The Pleasure Principle”, “Control”, “What Have You Done For Me Lately”, the tasty jam “Nasty”, “You Want This”, and “Miss You Much” in order to wet the appetite of her older fans who still vaguely remember her back catalogue. Things really took a turn as soon as “Feedback” came on, with many of her younger fans miming the lyrics of the song. The sizzling futuristic pop jam would fit perfectly in today’s world of electro-pop!
After finally warming the crowd up with her energetic performances, the singer left the stage in order to prepare herself for an “intimate” moment with the crowd. A video started playing on the main screen, displaying her A-lister acting skills in “Poetic Justice”, “Why Did I Get Married Too”, and her iconic sitcom performances. The singer retuned to the stage and made herself comfortable by resting her curvaceous body on top of a wooden stool, starting the session off with the underappreciated song “Nothing”. I don’t think anybody even knew that the song was released as a single since it flopped so hard! The singer then breezed through “Come Back To Me” and one of my favourite songs, the virginal anthem “Let’s Wait A While”. It was not until the iconic piano riff of “Again” became ubiquitous that the stadium of people triumphed. This time the crowd was given the opportunity to sing along parts of the song while Janet filled in her parts with perfectly lip-synched vocals.
Another break followed, leaving Janet’s miscellaneous live band with all the entertainment duties. The band worked their way through portentous excerpts of “Rope Burn”, “Any Time, Any Place”, “Go Deep” and “What’s It Gonna Be?”. The highlight of the “Janet’s Image” segment had to be the part where her South African #1 single, the hypnotic “Gone Till It’s Gone”, was played, reminding us just how innovative and multi-dimensional Janet is with her sound. It was at this time that my fear of her not performing “Escapade” kicked in. However, a delight grin quickly worked its way onto my face as soon as the chimes of the delightful tune caressed my ears.
Janet Jackson then decided to demonstrate her newly made-for-the-bedroom moves on “If” and her metamorphosis from a saccharine girl-next-door into the sexual fembot took place right before my dreary eyes. Somebody on Janet’s team forgot to tell her that a mother and their son would be enjoying her show, and things would just feel awkward with the dominatrix dry humping her dancers in front of prepubescent teens and soccer moms!
All of Janet’s sexual sins were then forgiven as soon as her longest-running #1 single “That’s The Way Love Goes” bounced out of the speakers. This left the grandmas and aunties, who were preventing me from twerking my masculine self, jumping onto their feet and trying to heal the arthritis present in their fragile hands. We were also reminded of how iconic the dance break from “All For You” is to this day! Janet then took the time to loyally interact with her fans and thanked us for keeping her family in our prayers through the trial of Dr. Murray’s Michael Jackson case. This was followed with a tribute to the King of Pop, also known as the best Jackson to grace Mother Earth. As the blazing riffs of the Jackson collaboration, “Scream”, scythed through the audio set, people did just that. I was left in tears as a pop-up from the video of Michael was frozen on the screen and was reminded of how dearly the saviour of entertainment is missed.
Janet finally reached her encore segment and tried to recreate her inspiring choreography on the generational anthem “Rhythm Nation”. The night ended with Janet performing her tribal anthem “Together Again”, leaving the rest of the stadium jumping onto their feet and ending the night off with gratitude.
“Number Ones: Up Close and Personal” was an exceptional show, serving as a reminder of the prominent figure that Janet has transfigured. The dancing was spectacular, the lip-syncing was even more spectacular, and Janet resembled a radiant porcelain doll with her elegant beauty. However, the show was not shy of its flaws, although few remained. The show had the cheapest stage production of any concert that I have been to. Janet’s energy also began to dwindle a bit as time went on, but she’s human and still performance lights years better than any other performer that has been blessed to get me to buy their ticket. The biggest flaw of the concert was the exclusion of the “Nutty Professor” song, “Doesn’t Really Matter”. Whose idea of a sick joke was this to exclude one of Janet’s biggest singles to date off the setlist? Some lady almost lost her Blackberry Torch once I learnt of this.
Other than that, I suggest you purchase a ticket as soon as she comes to your town. Janet looked just as flawless in person as she does in magazine spreads. It was a night to remember, from me resisting temptation from asking all the hot mothers for their contact details, to my mother wishing that we could relive our experience at the concert.

Janet Jackson: more ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ snaps, nipplegate case overruled…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Janet Jackson

You’ve seen the beautiful cover shoot for Janet Jackson‘s latest ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ spread and here are more stunning shots.
It’s been seven years since Janet had her infamous wardrobe malfunction aka nipplegate at the Superbowl (thanks to the assistance of Justin Timberlake). Even in 2011, the incident is still making headlines. After the controversial incident, the Federal Communications Commissions sued network CBS $550,000 for indecency. In 2008, CBS appealed against the fine and won. In 2009, the Supreme Court ordered the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeal to reconsider its 2008 decision but today, they reached the same conclusion as last time. This decision was down to the incident lasting half a second and the FFC’s enforcement policy not maintaining clear regulation for fleeting images, but for fleeting words only.
This needs to die already. Seven years. Move on. Janet has. In related news, JJ jetted back to Australia this week to complete her postponed ‘NUMBER ONES: Up Close & Personal’ tour. Check out another stunning shot below.

Janet Jackson celebrates this month’s Abu Dhabi Formula 1 and the impending 40th anniversary of the UAE in the new issue of ‘Harper’s Bazaar (Arabia)’. She looks absolutely incredible but that’s very expectant of the age-defying 45-year-old. The photoshoot took place when Ms Jackson took her ‘Number Ones: Up, Close, & Personal’ tour to the Middle East. Janet will also be featured in a new hour long documentary on her life which will air in the UK on November 18th. The BBC4 documentary is titled ‘Janet Jackson – Taking Control’ and it will feature an extended interview with the singer as she tells the story of her life in her own words.
The programme is part of a series of documentaries which chronicles the defining careers of four very different artists and how they achieved worldwide success, as well as a continuing influence on music today. Definetely something to look out for. Check out the entire spread below…

Janet Jackson reschedules Australian tour to be with family…
Posted by Toya | Filed under Janet Jackson

Family support means so much to Janet Jackson that she has now rescheduled some of her Australian tour to support her family during the trial of Conrad Murray. The doctor is accused of involuntary manslaughter in her brother Michael’s death. In a statement released to the Associated Press last night, Janet said: “I want to thank my fans in Australia for their love, support and understanding. When I planned these shows, the schedule in California was completely different. After talking with my family last night, I decided we must be together right now. I’m looking forward to being with you for the Gold Coast, Sydney, and the Melbourne concerts. You are all so important to me. This saddens me in so many ways. I love you”.
Janet will now combine three of her scheduled shows into one by playing a larger venue at a later date. I don’t blame Janet for postponing her shows. With the trial now in its advanced stages, family is more important than anything and she loved her brother dearly. I honestly hope they get the justice and closure they deserve.
