If you’re not familiar with Harrell, he is the vocal producer and co-writer of Rihanna’s Grammy-winning single ‘Umbrella’, and a composer and engineer on Beyonce’s Grammy-winning single ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’. Both songs were produced and written by popular production duo Tricky Stewart and The Dream.

Lastly, superproducer Danja also hinted on his Twitter Thursday (March 18th) that he has catered new music to the project. However, there was no immediete elaboration on whether he was referring to new tracks or the ones he’d done for her previously. J-LO’s voice is ‘average’ at best, her previous albums only sold because she had a hit movie or was dating someone HOT (diddy, ben affleck) at the time she released the albums but the time of the ‘celebrity effect’ being only thing needed to sell albums is over!!

I think there is hope. All she needs is a hot urban record and more great pop and dance records and she can easily rule the charts again.
Her midtempo lovey dovey shit doesn’t fly well as singles as nice as some of them are (Story of My Life, Pieces) but its the dance tracks and urban swagger that sells well with the masses.
I would LAUGH if her and Mariah were even SEEN together. I bet Mariah has already been working on what she can do to get out of Def Jam at this point.
And La Reina Lopez, you pretty much proved a great point. At the height of her career, she was only dating a backup dancer. Getting involved with Ben made her even more profilic but that destroyed her career — and I think she’s past at this at this point.

I think it’s time for her to hang up her mic because her music to date has been below-par. As much as I like her previous albums I just think she’s past her sell-by date now. Hope I’m wrong though.
