Yesterday’s taping of ‘Oprah’ saw multi-platinum selling artist Alicia Keys promoting her latest new album ‘The Element of Freedom’. During the interview segment, the 29-year-old gave us a sneak peak look at her ‘Put It in a Love Song’ music video with her triple-threat rival Beyonce. The Melina-directed video is slotted to premiere this coming Monday on March 8th.

The singer is currently embarking on her ‘Freedom’ world tour which kicked off this week in Canada. In addition to giving an interview, she took to the stage for a live intimate performance of her latest single ‘Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart’.

There have been so many clips of the ‘Put It in a Love Song’ video that it sort of put a dampener on the ’surprise’ but I’m sure it will be hot. ‘Put It in a Love Song’ is a Spring/Summer song so I can understand why she waited. Roll on Monday!

I haven’t seen any the PIIALS previews, not even the one on Oprah so hopefully it’ll be worth the wait!

i saw the tiny clip, and im going to assume that the video consist of a keys and bey partying thru out the whole thing and the occasional bey dances will be there
I absolutely love A. Keys, except for this love for Jay all of a sudden. I remember an old interview she did in a magazine and she was asked who she liked better Jay or Nas and she quickly said Nas. LOL
The song does nothing for moi and I’ve actually xperieced far too much B’yawnce to last me centuries so PASS!!
