As reported, Mariah Carey is releasing two new singles from her ‘Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel’ remix album. One will be the Ne-yo-assisted ‘Angel’s Cry’ remix and the other one will be the Nicki Minaj-assisted ‘Up Out Of My Face’ remix. It was only yesterday we posted video stills for the ‘Up Out Of My Face’ remix music video. And here are some new video stills for the ‘Angel’s Cry’ remix. MC’s husband Nick Cannon (who was also on directing duties) once again posted them on his blog:
As you can see, Ne-yo is featured in the video. I’ve seen this type of video before from Mariah, and I’m not expecting it to be a rollercoaster or anything. The videos have been terrible thus far.

I think I’m more interested in hearing the new remix material than any type of anticipation for an MC music video. I cannot wait to hear the remix for ‘Up Out Of My Face’. I really love that track especially the reprise. I hope the remix is a longer version of the reprise because that goes so much harder than the original.

That’s the FIRST thing I (and I’m sure every Mariah follower) though. Boring.
“Up out my face” needs no remix in my opinion. They should leave that shit alone. Add a rapper by all means, but don’t go changing that beat or them lyrics. Tricky DEFINITELY should have worked that Reprise into the song somehow, because it’s serious. But then again. most of the reprises / Interludes on the album are better than the songs they precede and or follow. “Languishing” should’ve been a damn song. I loved thats hit. Even if it did sound like a mix of “Rainbow (Interlude)” and “Petals”.
